I am an integrative
counsellor and have
been working with
adults on a one-to-one
basis since 2014. Prior to this I have worked in both the corporate world and non-profit sectors and have been self-employed for eight years. During this time, I have followed my passion for being and working in the natural world and of exploring with others the human capacity to recover and grow. I am an experienced meditator, a beginner yoga practitioner and a fellow traveller in what seems an increasingly confused and divided world.
I produce a wide range of furniture and offer these items for sale.

Welcome to the Unique Wood Workshop.
With over 40 years experience as a Joiner and Bespoke furniture maker, I specialise in all traditional woodworking techniques. From my fully equipped workshop in Brighton I create unique examples of joinery for a wide range of uses both decorative and functional in and around the home, office, school or whatever your requirements or location may be.
This includes sliding sash windows, bespoke skirting boards, architraving, radiator covers and much more ....
My work also includes design and construction of beautiful crafted bespoke furniture, including restoration of all aspects of furniture to original standard or with a new look applied through professional painting to any choice of colour, staining or ageing to your own requirements. At the Unique Wood Workshop, my approach to my craft is to ensure that whatever I construct or repair and produce a new piece of work, it is completed to the highest standard. I do not cut corners (excuse the pun), the wood that I choose to work with, if I am commissioned to create something new, is of the highest standard.
All of my paint finishes are completed to the highest standards using up to date machinery and only utilising the best quality paints.
